Beer has yeast in it and yeast is good for plants. A few tablespoons of flat brew added to the garden will enrich the soil.

Coffee and tea spills on the carpet can be lifted with beer. Pour a little brew on top of the stain and then rub lightly. The stain should disappear. Repeat if necessary.

Game Name: Sink the Battle Ship
Needed Tools: Pitcher of Beer, Shot Glass
Learned: Can't Remember
Drunk Level: Getting Started, Buzzed,Drunk , Hammered, S**t Faced

This game is the most fun when played with four people. You will float the shot glass in the middle of the pitcher. The object of the game is to add beer into the shot glass without sinking it. The person that sinks the shot glass has to pound a beer. The pitcher is then split up amongst all players including the person who sank the battle ship.

Game Name: Never Have I Ever
Needed Tools: A Very High Sharing Threshold
Learned: State College, PA (Penn State University)
Drunk Level: Getting Started, Buzzed,Drunk , Hammered, S**t Faced

The rules are pretty simple.  This game is based on getting to know one another.  There is nothing better to pick up that hot girl or guy and know what you are getting into...

The players sit in a circle or around a room and someone starts out with the phrase "Never Have I Ever" (insert something you may have done or want to find out if another player has done).  If anyone in the group has done this they have to take a drink.  If you have not done it you wants to find out more about your friends.  If only 1 person drinks they must tell a detailed strory about the events.  The play continues around the room until you learn everything about your friends or are burnt out from bearing your soul....

Example:  If the you say "Never Have I Ever Hooked up with Someone in this Room" and only two of you party goers drink.  You just learned a secrect.... If only one drinks then you know someone is lying and you get the story.  Have fun and feel free to get very personal.

Game Name: Beer Roulette
Needed Tools: Case or 12 Pack of Beer
Drunk Level: Getting Started, Buzzed,Drunk , Hammered, S**t Faced

Take one can. Shake it. Now I don't mean just shake it, I mean
SHAKE the sucker! Till it's about to blow up. Then put it in the box with
the others and mix them around (one person not looking) and then switch them
around again (the other person not looking) Basically, nobody knows where
it is.

Now, one person picks a can, holds it to his/her head at an angle,
and opens it. If it's not the one, s/he has to drink it. If it is the one,
s/he gets a wet head and you can start all over or whatever. Then, if it
wasn't the one, the next player takes one and tries. etc.

Game Name: Kill the Keg
Needed Tools: Keg
Drunk Level: Getting Started, Buzzed,Drunk , Hammered, S**t Faced

This is not really a game, but beautifully referred to as "a call to
action, a frenzied rally for a cause held dear by the participants."
Supplies: people eager to drink themselves silly, and a keg of beer,
brand irrelevant.
At some time during the course of a party, particularly at a low
point, maybe near the end of an evening, all it takes is for someone to
shout, "Kill the Keg!" Participation is mandatory. Everyone heads to the keg,
and doesn't stop drinking until the keg is done, emptied, drained, dry,
KILLED!

A keg of beer in the U.S. is the equivalent of a half-barrel. It holds 15.5 gallons of beer. It weighs as much as 180 pounds at capacity and is about 30 pounds when empty. That breaks out to about 1980 ounces. Actual per-glass quantity will vary depending on the amount of foam. Worst case, based on a 12-oz serving with ½-inch head, will be about 200 cups and best case will be about 220 cups with a 1-inch head of foam. That equates to about seven cases of beer.

This requires having home-brewing equipment but can be a lot of fun and informative. This is best with smaller groups because much of the demonstration will be in a kitchen. Brewing a batch of beer takes about three hours and doesn't produce a drinkable product for a few weeks. Make sure your guests are aware of this, and you provide other drinks for them. Demonstrate the beer-making process, inviting people to take part at different steps along the way. You can adjust the recipe to the tastes of your guests, asking whether they prefer a beer that is bitter, sweet, dark or flavored. There are large intervals of free time during the process in which you and your guests can decide on a name for the beer and draw up labels. A few weeks later, when the beer has fermented, you can invite your guests back for a tasting or deliver a few to each person.

Decide on a particular theme of beers to taste. Choose from different styles such as pale ales or stouts or brewers such as Alaskan or Pyramid. Then pick out at least four beers from your theme and, depending on how many guests you're inviting, make sure to get a six-pack or more of each beer. Food is important to have when tasting beer because it cleanses the palate. Small snacks such as nuts, cheese, crackers and dried fruit work well with beer. Start with lighter or weaker beers, and work your way up. Describe the beer you're serving, and give each person a small amount in his glass, about 2 ounces per person. Have your guests discuss the flavors beyond whether they like it. Continue with the remainder of your beer selections. Once you're finished, invite your guests to grab a full bottle of the beer they most enjoyed.

Like wine, beer can be paired excellently with different types of food. First, choose a menu with several courses. For each course of the meal, choose one beer with which to pair. If you're experienced in beer pairing, you can make the selections; otherwise consult a pairing guide. Serve a small amount with each course, about 2 to 6 ounces per person per course. Don't serve full beers with each course, except perhaps the main course. Encourage your guests to finish their beer from each course before going on to the next. During each course, talk about the pairings, and get your guests to discuss how the beer and food complement each other.

Guess the Beer Brand

Connoisseurs of beer will enjoy a "guess the beer brand" contest. Set ten shot glasses filled with different beers on the bar and have people taste them and guess the brand of beer. Whoever guesses the most beer brands correctly, wins and has to down the ten shot glasses full of beer all at once.

Yard of Ale

Yard of Ale, or sometimes called a beer bong, always draws plenty of attention from partygoers wishing to do better than their buddies at drinking a whole yard of ale. Strong beer such as real ale is usually used in the Yard of Ale glass for the maximum effect. The object of the Yard of Ale contest is to see who can drink the most ale at once from the glass, which is a long, tubular glass with a bulbous rounded bottom filled with ale. The partygoer tips up the yard of ale and drinks as much as he can without stopping. Whoever drinks the most wins the contest.
